Yoga for Beginners
If you are new to yoga or returning from a break, or perhaps you just want to make sure you are doing things correctly, then yes, we do run beginners courses.
Free Yoga for Frontline Personnel
We are extremely proud to be part of the Frontline Yoga Foundation, providing FREE yoga classes to those in the community that step forward and care, protect and serve for the rest of us. Members of the Defence forces, police forces, Fire brigades, paramedics, nurses, doctors and volunteers are all welcome to attend our free class on Thursday’s at 12.15pm. Bookings are recommended, by registering as a new student , and then logon via our members login .
