Teacher Training

Have you been thinking that you would like to evolve your Yoga practice or deepen your understanding of the ancient traditions? Or perhaps you have been thinking of making the transition to teaching.

We are offering a 12 month intensive study starting in June 2024.

The practice will consist of one weekend a month face-to-face training as well as reading, group, online and practical assessment.

It will be broken in to two 6 month halves:

  • Part 1: The Foundations of Yoga: Tradition, Philosophy and Fundamentals Jun-Dec $2,500

  • Part 2: The Journey of Teaching Yoga Jan-Jun $2000

Participants can take part in either just the first half to deepen their practice or continue on to the second half if they wish to obtain their teaching accreditation.

The 12 month course curriculum also meets the requirements for level 1 Teacher Membership with Yoga Australia.

As part of the course prerequisites, students will be required to attend a formal practice on average twice a week (at a convenient studio).

I’m super excited to continue this journey in our lovely little community- Happy to discuss over a tea if you’d like any more information or have any questions.

$500 deposit is required to secure your place. Enrolments now open.
